Don’t miss out on Swing into World War II
Next weekend kick up your heels and participate in 100 years of social dancing when Jumptown presents Swing into World War II.
Dig out your best 1930′s gear and get ready to light up the dance floor as we re-live the birth of swing. Coming just after Anzac Day, we’ll be bringing the days of wartime dances back to the Albert Hall.
With the Spectrum Big Band and Moochers Inc, there’ll be plenty of music to keep you swinging out.
If you can help out with setting up or cleaning up, drop us a line at committee@jumptown.org.
This event is part of the 100 years of Canberra celebrations presented in conjunction with SoCanDance.
